The initial meeting is a general overview. You will be required to fill out a simple information sheet before the initial consultation. You can fill out the information page, or you can print the initial datasheet, fill it out, and take it with you.

It would be helpful if you could bring along the following documents- Passport, Educational Certificates (Ordinary Level and Advanced Level completion certificates, Degree Certificates), Employment Letters, Resume, and original bank statement for the past six months.

You can apply for your higher studies in Australia if you have successfully completed Grade 11. If you are completing your graduate degree, then you must submit your provisional/ mock results. If you are a post-graduate student, then you can submit your university bachelor’s degree certificate.

There is no specific time frame in which universities respond to students. It usually depends on the university's internal policies and procedures. However, it generally takes around 1 to 3 months to receive a reply from the universities.

The process of getting a student visa is divided into three stages.

• Initial stage- Getting an IELTS/TOEFL score, filling in the university application form, university's internal processing and checking whether you are eligible for immigration or not.
• Second Stage- You will receive an invitation letter from the university to apply for Student Visa.
• Final Stage- Once you receive the invitation letter, you can apply for a student visa which takes around six months to be processed. (Please note that this is an approximate time and it might take more or less depending upon individual circumstances).

The cost of studying in Australia varies according to the university, course, course level, living expenses and location

The cost of tuition fees varies depending on the area of study, the academic level you want to pursue, and the University where you enroll.

The following are the typical annual tuition costs for international graduate students, according to Study in Australia: Master's degree – AU$20,000 (US$14,400) to $37,000 (US$26,600); Doctoral degree – AU$14,000 (US$10,060) to $37,000 (US$26,600).

Typically, it will cost around AUD 10,000 per year for students enrolled in Bachelor degree courses and around AUD 15,000 to 20,000 per year for Masters and PhD degree courses.
